We provide courier and logistics services subject to these terms. By booking a shipment, you agree to our service standards and operational procedures.
Users are prohibited from shipping illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. We reserve the right to inspect packages and refuse service for any non-compliant shipments.
All rates are calculated based on weight and destination. Payments must be settled as per the agreed terms before or upon delivery as specified in the service type.
While we handle all parcels with care, SB Associates & Courier's liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or a set maximum, unless additional insurance is purchased.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
